The first round of the bilateral meetings was arranged during March and April for inviting the NREN partners and forming the Coordination Committee and the Technical Committee, and collecting the suggestions about the project governance and activity plans. 15 NREN partners expressed their interests in joining this project.
Here are two versions of meeting materials, the second version was modified based on the suggestions from some bilateral meetings. And the final version was reported to the Coordination Committee and the Technical Committee.
